In the year following his death, Neil’s family and friends joined the New York City Five Boro Bike Tour to ride together as Team Neil. By riding together in one of Neil’s favorite events, we honor Neil’s love for both bicycling and his native New York City. Team Neil & Yael also raises funds to support young people who pursue their education goals, by awarding grants and scholarships in their names. This year, more than 30 members of Team Neil & Yael will ride together on Sunday, May 5, 2024, to honor their memory and legacy.
